Terms

Effective August 5, 2026. Website information is general and may change. Submitting a form or selecting a calendar time does not create a confirmed arrangement. Alongside will contact you to review availability and details.

Scheduling and confirmation

At least 24 hours’ notice is preferred. Typical arrangements are approximately two hours, but timing depends on the request. Early morning, evening, and overnight support may be available by arrangement.

Cancellations

A $25 cancellation charge applies when a confirmed arrangement is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Exceptions may be considered at Alongside’s discretion.

Memberships

Membership visits require confirmation. Unused visits expire at the end of each monthly membership period, do not carry forward, and have no cash value. Current membership details are provided directly by Alongside.

Scope

Alongside provides non-clinical companion presence and practical assistance. Clients remain responsible for providing accurate information and communicating changes that could affect an arrangement.
