Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026. Alongside respects your privacy and collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, review scheduling requests, communicate with clients and authorized family contacts, and provide requested support.

Information we collect

We may collect names, contact details, scheduling preferences, locations, mobility-aid information, support instructions, organization details, and correspondence you choose to provide.

How information is used

Information is used to review and respond to requests, coordinate confirmed arrangements, provide permitted family updates, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Scheduling and form providers may process information on our behalf. Inquiry information is generally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your information, or ask that information no longer required be deleted, subject to applicable law. This site does not currently use advertising trackers. Essential technical functions may be used to operate forms and scheduling.
